America is one of the key export markets of XCMG loaders. XCMG already has complete and sound sales and service channels. At the end of April this year, the Team of “One Million Mile Service” set out for America to offer the local users with XCMG‘s aftermarket value-added service “with heart, love, strength and efforts”.
Carrying their simple luggage, the service team, composed of 4 or 5 people, set out to work in the early morning and returned at late night. They either stayed with the customers or rushed on their way to the customers—this is their daily schedule.

The team’s first stop was a mine in Chile. The mine bought a XCMG LWD168 loader 8 years ago, used to transport the copper ores.
After landing in Chile, the team took a 5-hour car ride to the mine. Since the mine was located on the top of the mountain, and the road upward to it, paved with rubbles, was narrow and steep, it took them another 3 hours to finally get to the destination. “The road gave us a thrilling and shocking riding experience, which was more stimulating than riding a roller coaster,” said one team member jokingly. At the customer, the team not only provided service, but also offered suggestions of better configurations for application, leaving the customer with deep impression on XCMG’s professional work.

Bidding farewell to Chile, the Team lost no time to rush to their next stop: Argentina, where they rose to work before dawn and not able to rest until early morning.
