What a pleasant time to have friends coming from afar!
At the high-profile industry event - Bauma China 2018 - on Nov. 27, five foreign young guys freshly from different countries hustled and bustled back and forth amid the dazzling lineup of brand-new products in the front of XCMG’s exhibition booth, greeting cheerfully and briefing crowds of spectators on XCMG’s latest developments, marking the fourth session of the Weeklong Experience at XCMG for Young Interns took off to a joyful start.
An experience-oriented creative event inspired from international mainstream social media, including Facebook, XCMG Internship Experience takes place each year, and has so far developed into a symbolic part of XCMG’s international branding campaign and one of the most popular activities among global youth cmmunities. By now, more than 48,000 yongsters across the world have signed in for this year’s event, far more than the figures for the past 3 years (respectively 5,238, 10,640 and 20,000 applicants), demonstrating its strong charm to international students and junior professionals.
Beating their rivals through multiple selections (voting by ballot and online), 5 young industry high-fliers: Jeff, Marvi, Otabek, Anil and Eduardo, respectively from the U.S., India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Venezuela,emerged as the winners. With great excitement, they departed from their home countries to China, embarking upon their journey of experiencing in person XCMG at the Baumma China 2018.

U.S.intern Jeff: Last but not least, after visiting lots of XCMG products I learned how much of an impact that XCMG imposes around the world. That’s what I’ve never realized before.
Pakistian intern Marvi: XCMG is an excellent manufacturing company with state-of-the-art facilities that left me completely in awe. Employees put a lot of research effort behind every concept and design to make sure the company is at the top of the market.
An intern is climbing literally an exhibit, trying to feel the outstanding performance of XCMG products, and identify its root causes.
Uzbekistan Intern Otabek: The XCMG employees were really kind to us and they allowed us to operate a few types of machines that I never did before and even didn't expect it. XCMG machines are so big that it seems very difficult to operate them but upon operating I found them quite easy to use. Since the machine system were intelligent and easy to understand for even an outsider. I never thought that I could operate such a big machine.
During the Bauma China 2018 in Shanghai, XCMG threw out a carefully choreographed visual feast featuring various vedio demos and hands-on experiences for these foreign interns from afar, letting them build an on-the-spot feeling of XCMG’s spectacular achievements, have a personal view of major industry developments in China, forge their understanding of XCMG brand’s connotations, and get a field experience of the radiant charm of the Intelligently-Made-in-China program. In addition, the Elite Youth-CEO Dialogue session also presented an opportunity for these foreign interns to feel at close range XCMG folks’ entrepreneurship and creativity, spurring them to further explore the connotations of XCMG’s innovative and leading brand and the root causes of the root causes of the outstanding performance of XCMG products of higher durability & leading technology.
