XCMG G1 Shining the World, the ceremony officially begins!




We have made top-level design and overall planning in the international market. On the G technology platform, we have conducted adaptive development targeted at the customer’s demands in different regions, environment and climate. According to the regional features of different countries, we have divided the world market into six regions which include the region where the cranes are listed today. There are 25 models, and in future 84 models will enter into different markets, including the market in Europe and America.

XCMG’s internationalization is based on sound overseas system, ensuring continuous expansion of XCMG in the global market. The internationalization relies on channel and competition on products and technology. After years of development, XCMG products have obtained a good reputation at customer end. Next step we will retain existing customers and attract new ones with better products and services. On this basis, XCMG will further accelerate its expansion of crane market overseas. In the near future, the Belt and Road market will still be important for the development of Chinese brands. However, it is undeniable that the high-end markets in Europe and America are opening their door to Chinese brands such as XCMG. With the launching of G-generation model in overseas regions, the performance of XCMG crane in overseas market will certainly surprise the industry!

Chinese brands are already competitive in products and technologies. Next step we will achieve international expansion and upgrading, of which the important link is brank shaping and improvement of brand influence. We need to get our brand concept and value to be recognized by foreign customers. The overseas personnel team we created not only provides professional product consulting and service, but also transfers the value behind Chinese brands to customers in target market. With regard to the human resources supply, we have established a man-machine training system in line with the demand of target market and systematically created a team which can expand foreign markets following the blue personnel plan of the group. We will still continue to introduce various training and selecting mechanism to ensure excellent personnel for the expansion of crane overseas.

From the perspective of the development of XCMG heavy machinery, we initially drive the overseas market by the domestic one in the sales link, and expand the overseas market through the domestic brand influence. Nowadays, as the brand of XCMG hoisting machinery is gradually recognized at the international level, the domestic market development is driven reversely. Such reverse is closely linked with XCMG’s rapid development in the overseas market in recent years. At the same time, with the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative, the development of the whole engineering machinery industry has been accelerated, and especially a lot of stated-owned enterprises take their equipment to operate abroad, which provides great convenience for us to promote our products and expand our influence.

The XCMG hoisting machinery is technologically upgraded by two ways, one is to drive by innovation to achieve the goal of “Advanced technology, long duration, and becoming crafts”, another way is to know user’s demand and promote technology upgrading to meet the demand. In 2018, XCMG dispatched more than 50 technical experts to over 50 countries and regions to conduct on-site investigation and research to know the operating environment, construction requirements and habits. As we did not know the applications of users, simple research and development is not enough to achieve technology upgrading.
