Recently, the 2019 XCMG Crane Customer Experience and Service Commitment Conference themed on “New Weapon, Cheer for the Fighters” was held in XCMG Hosting Machinery Co., Ltd. Three series of 18 new XCMG cranes debuted brilliantly, and the service “gold standards” for the crane industry were newly released, providing new powerful impetus for XCMG to become the top five and even top three in the world.
Witnessed by hundreds of customers, 18 new products were magnificently unveiled from the factory. The 18 products include the G1 pilot edition, KC classic edition and National VI advanced edition, which use 9 G1 core technologies and significantly improves many aspects such as product reliability, energy saving and comfort. Among them, the advanced version of XCMG National VI crane made a debut, which can effectively satisfy cities’ hoisting demands for “green” and “environmental protection” under the new standards.

We went to Xinjiang to do some high-temperature experiments in the heat. They will drive and assess the new cranes, share their actual xperience, propose suggestions for improvement, and “supervise” XCMG’s products and services on behalf of users.

As long as we adhere to high-quality, high-tech and high-quality development, XCMG will not only be able to perpetually keep the first in China’s crane market, but also expect to be the world’s best soon. From January to July this year, the export of the whole industry has not been optimistic. However, XCMG has increased by 21%. I think we are now capable and confident to make big strides towards the high-end construction machinery market worldwide.
