“Wonderful”, “Amazing”…, recently, fans from overseas countries and regions like Brazil, USA, Russia, and Africa, actively took part in fun Q & A creative activity “Professor X” at XCMG’s overseas social media platform. Meanwhile, fans answered questions with passion and took the initiative to share their stories with XCMG and convey their warm regards to XCMG brand. 


Out of their vivid creativities and timely interaction, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube have become the emerging social media with the largest user size and the most influence. 


By clinging to the communication objectives like “fans” and “charm”, XCMG’s overseas social media platform keeps on launching interaction activities with attraction and stimulus. As one of the annual creative activities, “Professor X” officially came on line in June. In this activity, creative cartoon figure serves as the presenter, those simple, relaxing, and humorous words are cited, and the contents depicted by both text and picture enable a wide range of fans to have more knowledge about and more passion in XCMG. Questions in the activity include: how many XCMG travelling cranes (including wheel and crawler) are serving the construction in the world? How many hats did XCMG XE235C hydraulic excavator pick off within one minute so that it created a new Guinness World Record? How much weight did the XCMG LW1200K loader lose after being subjected to the CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) optimization? 


In this activity, a series of creative online posts received warm welcome from overseas fans. By now, 6 issues of “text plus picture” contents have been released, more than 30,000 overseas fans have took part in this activity and left their words of praise and comments. In the end, six fans from Russia, Brazil, Bangladesh, and Indonesia stood out and received product models and exquisite cards from XCMG Headquarters. After being granted the XCMG models from the transoceanic region, prize winners posted their group photos at the platform, expressed their excitements, and conveyed their gratitude and blessings to XCMG.
