On February 25, the International Seminar of Xugong Overseas Second-Hand Equipment" themed as “new concept, new cooperation, new opportunities” had a grand opening in Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group. More than 20 foreign businessmen from over ten countries and the experts of the world's largest equipment auction company, Ritchie Bros., gathered in Xugong Group to discuss the cooperation on the business of second-hand car.

After the seminar, the delegation visited the production and manufacturing site of plant of the departments of XCMG Road, XCMG Loader, XCMG concrete, XCMG heavy-duty truck and XCMG digging machines, etc. and understood the remanufacturing strength and status of second-hand equipment of Xugong Group.
In 2015, under the environment of declining macro economy, the engineering machinery industry in the world continued the weak trend, the industry boom continued to decline, and the production and sales growth continued to fall. The engineering machinery industry in China went down, facing the severe challenges of overcapacity and weak demands. But the export of products of XCMG proudly bloomed in "the weak environment": obtained encouraging results in the high-end markets in Europe and emerging markets of Asian-African-Latin countries, which continued to hold the first position of export and self-support export of Chinese engineering machinery brand! The export of nine machineries, including XCMG automobile cranes, all terrain cranes, crawler cranes, lorry-mounted cranes, loaders, graders, pressure rollers, pavers and rotary drills, ranked the first in the domestic area.

The year of 2016 is the first year of “the 13th Five-Year Plan”, according to the strategic deployment of "internationalization, lean, supplement shortages, sustainable development” proposed by Chairman Wang Min, Xugong accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading, while continuously developing new products, strengthening the aftermarket construction of five businesses, including service, spare parts, remanufacturing, second-hand car and operating lease, this international seminar was convened under this background. The experts pointed out that the value management of large second-hand equipment is an important part of life cycle management of a brand, which directly manifests the market competitiveness of the brand. After two days of discussions and field trips, the foreign merchants spoke highly of the service system, spare parts supply management and re-manufacturing level and thought that Xugong has reached world-class level in terms of the life cycle management capacity of large equipment, having more confident of Xugong brands.
