In Zhengzhou, the market share of more than 66% of XCMG crane brings our trip a lot of surprise. On the halfway at a gas station we found a big guy, QY75K.


The owners are a real version of Chinese partner, Feng Guoqiang (left) and Liu De (right). Involved in the industry for 10 years, the first device they purchased was QY20B. This QY75K is one of the 14 sets of XCMG cranes they own. Just as the brand effect of Volkswagen, the good quality, rich accessories, good reputation and high preservation rate of XCMG crane earned the brothers lot of money. With the success, they are targeting at advanced all terrain crane. In BMW Exhibition in Munich, Germany, this year, the newly developed G-generation product XCA100 made them excited and sleepless.


Because of the operating environment, construction machinery always gives the impression that its whole body is covered with dirt. However, the XCT75 has been polished shinning, and even the door can be used as a mirror. Liu De is very proud that he treats the machine as his wife. The company would wash machines every week, and a strict dress code is also set for operators. This is an important part for them to create the enterprise image.


Farewell to the brothers, we continue to go forward. A huge grid structure attracted our attention when we passed Zhengzhou Institute of Technology Xinzheng Campus. We stopped and then found a XCT25.


The owner is called Lei Zhanying. In the initial stage of business startup, he was engaged in loaders and freight vehicle. Influenced by his friends in hoisting industry, he started to engage in the hoisting business two years ago. After a detailed investigation and suggestion seeking, he eventually chose XCMG. At present, the monthly revenue of this XCT25 is about 30,000 Yuan.


He said what he valued most is the product quality, not the price. Good quality means good reputation both to XCMG and himself. Only with good credit can the company have more business. This is a virtuous cycle, and a good start is very important. Next he plans to purchase 50 tons, 70 tons and 100 tons level XCMG cranes, lifting his business to a higher level.


Lei’s operator Shi Jiaming is a shy boy. The human-computer interaction system on XCT25 made his daily work quite easy. Moving the fingers, he will earn a considerate monthly salary with food and accommodation borne by the boss, which really makes people envy. Seeing his bright smile, we sincerely believe that machinery can make life more beautiful.


This kind of steel grid structure is completed with unit lifting method combined with high altitude assembly method by mobile assembly platform. XCT25 first lifts the unit structure to the designed position, which will be assembled and welded by construction personnel above. Shi said, among all products he operated, the XCMG crane has the longest outrigger, with excellent performance in hanging and hoisting. For many works cranes of other brands are difficult to do, XCMG crane can easily complete. What’s more, XCMG cranes have few faults and higher efficiency.


In the dusk, we met another XCT25 at a real estate project.


The owner Bian Zongyuan and his wife bought the first XCMG crane QY20G in 2010, with no repair in more than 5 years. In 2013, they bought QY25K5. In 2016, they firmly became the first G-generation users. Just after the G-generation Experience Ceremony ended on April 18, they transported the new XCT25 to Zhengzhou from Xuzhou Factory on the evening of April 19. These days it has been busy with the demolition of the tower crane.


With the interview experience, we ask: "do you choose XCMG because of the good quality, rich accessories and fast service?" The answer is definite yes.


Bian Zongyuan also said that although the competition in hoisting market is increasingly fierce, and shift cost becomes lower, he still decided to purchase G- generation products. Integrity and development are his business philosophy. Only with better equipment and operator to do every project well, the overall strength can become stronger. Buying a new crane can lift his competitive ability to a higher level and bring him more projects. From the perspective of a project contractor, he is more willing to use the XCMG new products, because new technology can make the work more efficient and safer. Bian and his wife looking at each other with a smile in the interview, boundless happiness ripples in the intoxicating sun.
