On August 6, 2019 mini-excavator expo themed on “Focus on Mini-Excavator and Create Fortune for the Future” was opened in Jinan. Participants of the mini-excavator industry from all corners gathered to enjoy the event.

XCMG XE35U has once again upgraded its challenge difficulty and shown the unique technique of “threading a needle”. 

XE35U excavator turns its body, slightly adjusts its swing arm, aims at the steel needle fixed on the bucket teeth at the first nut, steadily threads and places it on the workbench aside. The whole process is accurate, smooth and coherent. The first, the second, the third... Soon, three 18 mm diameter nuts have been perfectly sewed together, and the foundation of the “nut tower” has been laid. Then, the remaining nuts need to be stacked up, and the difficulty increases sharply! You can see the operator absorbed in moving the hand grip more meticulously, dropping it steadily and adjusting the distance slightly, so as to place the fourth nut smoothly on the nut at the bottom. When the last nut is successfully placed at the top of the tower, a perfect “nut tower” is presented in front of the audiences. The whole process only takes 5 minutes. “It’s really breathtaking. XCMG’s performance is definitely marvelous.” Mr. Wang exclaims after watching XE35U’s stunt rendition.

“The tailless mini-excavator XE15U and XE35U are small, exquisite, flexible and stylish; they can be equipped with optional tools such as quartering hammer, deep-ditch bucket, thumb pincer and auger stem, and meet the demands for different working conditions, especially suitable for work in suburb and narrow and small space.” XCMG excavator R&D engineer introduced to clients.

The tailless excavator XE35U is the first mini-type hydraulic excavator that has been approved by North American product certification. Meanwhile, it has also passed the CE certification and successfully obtained the “passport” to enter into the high-end market in Europe and America. As for XE15U, it is the minimum tonnage excavator of XCMG at present. Its tiny body, together with the functions of “swing arm deflection” and “chassis extension and retraction”, can fully adapt to the operation in small and narrow space and can beat eighteen brawny men in such projects as municipal garden renovation, farmland construction in terms of efficiency.

Sales volume skyrockets, customer choice speaks louder than words

Compared with manual work, mini-excavator has such advantages as low cost, sufficient power, high efficiency and convenient maintenance, and is chased after and loved by an increasing number of users.

In the downtown of Nanchang, Jiangxi, the pipe laying project is under intensive construction.
